We can’t guarantee our products will always be perfect, but what we CAN guarantee is that we’ll be here for you in case it isn't.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Lifetime warranty on all Sodarizer products? Yes, please!
If you ever experience issues with your Sdoarizer, contact us and we'll fix it for you free of charge. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it.
All that's needed is your proof of purchase and that the product was being used correctly.
What’s excluded from the lifetime warranty?
As much as we'd want to cover every damage that you could encounter with your Sodarizer, there are certain things that go beyond our warranty. Warranty will be voided if:
- Your Sodarizer shows any signs of impact or shock due to any accident or mishandling.
- Machine is attempted to be modified or repaired by anyone other than an accredited Sodarizer technician
- Use of any other co2 tanks or use of any co2 other than that provided by Sodarizer
When am I eligible for the lifetime warranty?
Your Sodarizer will automatically be covered under our lifetime warranty immediately after purchase. You’ll just need to present proof of purchase and have used our refill service in the past 3 months.
